Inscription au SLAM 2025

Madame, Monsieur,

La ville de Mirecourt organise la cinquième édition du SLAM (Salon de la Lutherie et de l’Archèterie de Mirecourt). Cette année, le salon se tiendra du vendredi 7 novembre, de 14h à 18h, jusqu’au dimanche 9 novembre 2025 (de 10h à 18h, 17h le dimanche). Le salon sera accompagné par la 8^ème édition du Concours International de Violon de Mirecourt afin de créer une semaine autour de la lutherie.

Les frais d’inscriptions pour la 5ème édition sont :

– de 50€ par stand pour un exposant déjà venu ;

– de 75€ par stand pour une première inscription.

Deux formats de stand vous sont proposés : un petit stand (1 table de 1,2m) et un grand stand (2 tables faisant un total de 2,4m). Les tables, chaises et nappes seront mises à votre disposition. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’en ramener.

Le paiement s’effectuera sous forme de titres du trésor public. Vous n’avez pas besoin de nous envoyer de chèque. Une fois votre inscription prise en compte, vous recevrez dans les semaines suivantes un bon du trésor public à régler en ligne ou par chèque.

Pour information, la restauration et l’hébergement lors de ce salon seront à votre charge. Des propositions vous seront faites sur place pour la restauration et l’Office du Tourisme pourra vous accompagner dans votre recherche d’hébergement.

Vous trouverez en pièce jointe le formulaire d’inscription à nous retourner le plus tôt possible ainsi que l’affiche. Un pack de communication vous sera envoyé courant juin.

Merci de nous envoyer un court texte sur votre activité ainsi qu’une photo. Sans élément de votre part au 31 août 2025, nous utiliserons les éléments trouvés sur internet.

Subject: Invitation to the Fifth Edition of SLAM (Mirecourt’s Luthiery and Bow Making Exhibition)

Dear Sir/Madam,

The town of Mirecourt is organizing the fifth edition of SLAM (Salon de la Lutherie et de l’Archèterie de Mirecourt). This year, the exhibition will take place from Friday, November 7, from 2 PM to 6 PM, until Sunday, November 9, 2025 (from 10 AM to 6 PM, and until 5 PM on Sunday). The exhibition will be accompanied by the 8th edition of the Mirecourt International Violin Competition to create a week centered around luthiery.

The registration fees for the 5th edition are:

• €50 per booth for returning exhibitors;
• €75 per booth for first-time exhibitors.

Two booth formats are available: a small booth (1 table of 1.2m) and a large booth (2 tables totaling 2.4m). Tables, chairs, and tablecloths will be provided. It is not necessary to bring your own.

Payment will be made via public treasury vouchers. You do not need to send us a check. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a public treasury voucher in the following weeks, which can be paid online or by check.

Please note that food and accommodation during the exhibition will be at your own expense. Catering options will be available on-site, and the Tourist Office can assist you with finding accommodation.

Attached, you will find the registration form to return to us as soon as possible, as well as the event poster. A communication package will be sent to you in June.

We kindly ask you to send us a short text about your activity along with a photo. If we do not receive your materials by August 31, 2025, we will use the information available online.
